A week ago, I wrote about how I took a ride in a minivan for two weeks on my way to visit my mother in Florida.
When I got back, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t have an actual vacation plan, but now that I have, I am looking forward to taking a ride.
I was able to take the minivan on two separate occasions, on the way to and from a business meeting and then the trip home.
While I did not have a formal travel itinerary, I did have a lot of different plans in mind, so I took them all seriously.
First, my trip to Florida was going to be mostly the same.
In Florida, the average household spends more than $250,000 on vacation annually, and that includes food and housing expenses.
If you are planning to go out on a weekend, I recommend checking out the top five destinations in Florida, including Palm Beach, Key West, Miami, and Key West International Airport.
For those who are thinking about doing a solo vacation, you should definitely check out my list of the Top 5 Best Solo Vacations in Florida for a full list of my top five recommendations for solo trips.
After that, I’m going to do a series of posts on my favorite places to visit, the best places to eat and drink, the easiest ways to get around and so much more.
So stay tuned.
As always, let me know what you think in the comments.
